We are far beyond the typical pet photographer.
Many, many individuals these days photograph pets. It’s not difficult to set up a studio and place a pet on a table in front of a stock backdrop and depress a shutter button. The result is a snapshot of a dog, in which (hopefully) at least the technical aspects of the image will be correct. You end up with a cold, staged picture, which you know looks just like thousands of others. Nothing makes your image particularly memorable, except that it’s your dog.
Each and every one of the dogs we photograph ends up with unique and gorgeous images. The images are memorable in and of themselves; they are beautiful to look at whether or not the dog in the photograph is yours… and it’s even better when it is. We use natural elements as backdrops: blooming, colorful flowers, a clear blue sky, fall foliage or a fresh snowfall. Sunlight instead of flash.
What we don’t do is just as important as what we do. We don’t do “events” where dog after dog is photographed in an assembly-line fashion, using exactly the same set-up. We don’t put costumes or ridiculous props on dogs (and we’ve seen it all, from dogs wearing hats and scarves to vests and western boots… no kidding). In brief – we don’t compromise quality or taste, for any reason whatsoever.

Come to our 60-acre property in Northern NJ, where your dog can run free and play (off-leash if you like), and you both can enjoy fresh air and nature, or we’ll head to your place or a garden or park near you.
